So it’s 2018, just take a break and care about yourself.
1. Take care of your mental health. Speak to someone if you can’t handle things that are stressing you out.
2. Keep your environment clean: Some people are clean on the outside but when you visit their homes, you are just going to shout, “Lord have mercy.” Please keep the environment clean as it affects the state of your health.
3. Eat healthy: Try to reduce the junk food and eat some proper balanced diet. It will help your body stay healthy.
4. Do some risk assessment for the projects you want to carry out this year. Don’t go around taking dangerous risks that will hurt you.
